Harvest report Mosel Estate 2009


Growing season: Already at the end of April, with pleasant temperatures, the florescence started. The following growing conditions were perfect for the vines. Ripeness started around the 20th of August, 10 days before the long term average. The cool nighttime temperature during fall brought us healthy grapes.

Must weigth: 80° Oechsle - 200° Oechsle

Acid value: 7,5 - 10,5 g/l

Harvest period: 9th October - 5th November 2009

The wines: ripe, aromatic grapes
