Harvest report Mosel Estate 2007
Growing season: Like everywhere else in Germany the climate of 2007 brought extraordinary qualities. An extremely warm spring activated a very early shoot in April and the earliest florescence for generations in the second half of may. Enough rain and beautifully dry and cool weather in fall lay the foundations for a perfect vintage.

Acid value: 8,0 - 9,8 g/l
Harvest period: October 5th - October 29th 2007
The wines: Fruity and concentrated wines with a well balanced acidity.
